If you need more, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time without changing your plan, or upgrade to a plan with a higher monthly allocation. Credits are consumed in order: monthly subscription credits first, then any purchased packs, then one-time purchased credits that never expire.

Team and Company plans support cohorts - structured group programs where a coach or team lead works with multiple members on a shared schedule with shared content. Organizations can push shared knowledge packs and story templates to all their members. If you are running a coaching practice, an internal career development program, or a university career center, the Team or Company plan is where this gets most useful.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period - you will not lose access immediately. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle, the difference is prorated. Your story library, tracks, and progress data remain in your account regardless of plan changes.
